Well, we had our first lab this week. It wasn't too hard because we did titrations in chemistry. Had I not been in chemistry, I probably would have been freaking out. I thought it was a good way to teach us about enzymes, rather than reading from the book or a powerpoint. We had a lot of error in our experiment and I feel like we hardly got the results we wanted. One theory was that the catalyse had too strong of a concentration so that could have resulted in error. I feel like it was espically wrong because all of our experiments except for the baseline, only required one drop. Nevertheless, I still learned a lot from this experiment and thought it was better than learning from a powerpoint.
this is a video I found about enzyme reactions. I like it because it does a good job at explaining the enyzme reactions

Nice job finding a youtube video, now the question is did you actualy watch it.
ReplyDeleteWOO HOO for chemistry. We actually learned something. No big deal or anything. Thank the lord we didn't break the titration beaker thing.. I would be broke.
